Commit or go No Where

In the beginning of my journey in fitness and in my new found life I had many hardships. Finding fitness plans that worked for my fitness level (I knew ants that lifted more), Diet, Supplementation, Eating Right, and staying on track. Finding what works for you is not making things so that you have cheat days... on the contrary it is about making a program that helps you move from where you are to where you want to be. As you can read above there are no shortcuts to any place worth going... in fitness you don't do crash diets... you don't take anabolic drugs... you let your body take its course. You see when you fuel your body in the right manner it will react.... just like when you train it in the right manner it will have no choice but to blossom. I started off my fitness routine with only 15 mins of exercise but I was doing it 6 times a week. I was committed. I never missed a session... once I saw I could do more I expanded beyond it and am now doing 50 mins 4-5 times a week. Realizing that rest is as important as exercise. My body is responding to it all and loving it. 

Here is the Main message COMMIT!

Everyone can do 15 mins a day... you have 15 mins somewhere to do a simple routine. Walk up hill, down hill... but do something. Be conscious of what you are fueling yourself with... eating fast food and having a gym membership will get you NO WHERE. Commitment... we all start somewhere... it only takes a step... take yours Today... it IS the best choice you will ever make.
