A Life Of Action: Today I am reminded of this poem "Spring has passed. Summer has gone. Winter is here and the song I meant to sing remains unsung. Today I was on the phone with a client and it came to me that they were preparing for so long that they had essentially caused their own downfall. Literally, they had over-thought themselves so deep into a hole that they could not find a way out. When I told them about taking action, they said... But we are not fully ready, so we should wait. I asked them a simple question: If not now then when? There was pure silence on the other line. What happened next astonished me. They said, ok let's go with this and start rolling things out according to what we talked about. If there are some mistakes we can make corrections accordingly.
