Stepping Into The Void: While studying today I have learned about the void. What is the void you ask? It is the place of supreme quiet, stillness, the back of the body with the least amount of neurological stimulus. Why is it important for you to be able to sit in stillness? We are living in a world that is SO connected digitally that we are disconnected physically. We as humans are made to have a sense of self, relationship and connectedness to our creator. Here is one way you can you get back into sync with yourself. Take 20 minutes of silence a day. No stimulation, no phone, no computer, nothing. Just you with yourself. Let your mind calm down and actually feel your body and how it is. Do it every day for 67 days. You will see that your productivity will be boosted by huge amounts. Once you try it drop me a line.
